What a day!

• Melbourne hit by heat wave.
• Landlord call bad news need to move out.
• Black out at home.

Melbourne recorded highest tempreture ever recorded in history 44.5 Celcius. Some beleive it could reach 55 Celcius. Too hot... can do much. House like an oven. Put the fan on but only the hot win blow to my face. Still need to do some works at home. Luckly Danish in Malaysia otherwise I will probably have to take him to the pool.

While do some work suddenly phone ring. Peter, agent for my house call. "I have a bda new Fuad, you remember Andrew?' 'Yes' I reply. 'Andrew is coming back from Sydney, he need his house back'. Ermm.... ' Ok, Peter not a problem'. I know Peter feel sorry for me but I have done with my contract and they can do wat ever they want to do. Actually I don't really mind. I still in delema weather to stay here in Melbourne or going back to Malaysia.

Ok.. let surf around on the net to check any good vacant property around here. Just about me to suft... 'Click!' suddendly everything turn off? First come to mind.. Did I paid the electrick bill? Yes I did... I guess because ot the heat might trigger the black out! God!

What to do? the heat really come to me... Got up.. get dress... start the car and go to shopping mall. Where is cooler there....

Australia Day

Australia day today. Australia day? Friend just ask why do they pick 26 Jan as Australia day? Good question, actually I've been looking for that answer for last couple of day. Actually 26 Jan (a few hundred year ago) is the day first white ship from europe ( I assume from england) dock at Sydney habour. It quite interesting actually Australian remember they day they invade this country. Why? What happned to the native aborigin here? Do they celeberate too? I guess not... How can you celebrate and remember the day you been invaded? Do you remember of celebrate the day someone robbed or rape you? Interesting but sad actually.

Anyway Roger make thru to semi final at Australian Tennis Open. This year going to be interesting year on Australia Tennis. All the top player qualified. I put my money on Roger. This month we all have nothing to do except glue to TV's, with tennis, cricket and soccer. I just wonder why they call TV is idiot box.

It going be very hot week next week from tommorow tempreture will above 30 C.

Doing washing today, accidently termasuk Danish sock in the washing machine. Just wonder how is he doing over in Malaysia. Missing him much. You see 'You don't really missed some one until they gone.'

Mereka Tak Kenal Ke Siapa Saya?

This is a true story happened last month. Month of December... Month of graduation.. month of bila you baling batu kat Melbourne mesti kena Malaysian...

So alot of Malaysian... including VIP's from Malaysia comes for their children graduation day including VIP from Kelantan and Johor that I know. VIP from Kelantan a Tan Sri contact me for round of golf thru his close friend. So it ok by me as I am a freelancer now... more free then lancer at that time. So I bring my other friend with attached with Malaysian government agency here to complete 4 ball (what is 4 ball... if you want to know.. please take up golf now). The VIP's from Kelantan don't mind as I know him couse I was looking after his daughter here. He is one of the nice guys one I ever met and the youngers full Minister in Malaysia ever appointed. I ask him 'Tan Sri, tak sibuk ker dengan Persidangan UMNO nanti?' 'Kita bagi pada orang baru la, kita ni dah lama'...

I guess that the way it suppose to be.. give way for new breed, new mind new idea. I really enjoy his company.. funny and very entertaining yet full of knowledge and fact. Infact in did mention to him that I never met any politician as entertaining and with vast knowledge as he is. Anyway he said he just want to spent time with his family and will support from belakang tabir for UMNO....

Half way thru golf on hole 8 my friend receive a call from VIP from Johor a Dato'. He lost his passport and he going back to Malaysia next day 3:45 flight. He need the temporary passport urgently. Since we play on friday and MHC Canberra close for Friday prayer, my friend can't do much until after 3:00pm. 30 minute later my friend received another call from Dato, he explain the situation nothing can be done until after 3:00pm. Suddenly I over heard from the phone 'Mereka tak kenal ker siapa saya?...

God! I was thinking they maybe VIP of MP's but they don't owned the country. I am sure everyone doing their best at their job. I told Tan Sri one Australian MP said 'Do you know who I am?' 2 week later she asked to resign. These people should understand why they are there now without public support. Regardless if they are a Prime Minister or Minister, they are choose by the people. It doesn't mean if 'Mereka tak kenal saya...' mean the people will pay less attention to the matter. We man are equal or 'Islam itu saudara' No man can treat any different from other and no man have more privillage from others. ...

I think the MP's shouldn't be address 'Yang Berhormat' should be address 'Yang berkhidmat'. Be choose them to 'berkhidmat' to us. I think we highly regard the MP to hight that the MP's or VIP forget that they are there because of us.. not we here because of them....

...anyway Dato' passport solve the next day. I just wonder if he can loose his passport today... I am sure he can and will loose his job soon.

Melbourne as Jan 20, 2009

Melbourne today reach 40 degree plus. As usual Melbourne mercury will automatically raise up when Australia Open start. Just come back from airport sending Shah and Wish back to Malayia and on the way back the tempereture in my car reach 40.5 Celcius.

Australia Open tennis commence today. One of Melbourne proud world class sport event. Roger could make it this time as he missed it last year. Funny thing is I've been here for more than 26 years but never been to Australia Open. Ermmm may be this year...! oh did I said that last year.. or year before that...

In lesss then 24 hour Obama will get in to oval office in white house. I guess everyone is excited.. the world is exited! Hopefully there will be changes for the better world. Funny thing is I just wonder why the Jews attacted Palestine a week before Obama officially as a President and stop a day before Obama walk into white house. And for the first time America have the youngers President in the history (Obama is 47 yo - a year youngger then me) and he is also the first black (I have to say black-african-american). I guess it must have something to do with the Vice President. I belief he is the 'main man'.

Receive wedding invitation from Laila... her big day on 25 Jan. Congratulation...! I can't make it but will ask missus and Danish to go on my behalf. It good to know that she still remembered us and kind enough to look for me and send me her wedding card. Sweet girl Laila is. I remember she used to help me a lot at Penang Place. Never lack of smile and never see her upset or sad. Who ever he is... he a one lucky @#$%^. Congratulation again Laila...

Sms and Email - New edge of poison pen.

I received sms from friend in Malaysia regarding Lina Joy and Dato' Mansor convert to Christian and they won their court case. This in concerning me specially the new way spreading the poison pen. I reply to my dear friend, 'Have you confirm the truth on this issue before you forward this sms? I asked. 'I can be fitnah if it not true.' She said please the website. I checked the website and found nothing to confirm the story.

This really make me sick. The new way human kind spread rumour... This kind unconfirm issue for some can belief it straight away and start spreading. Sooner when the sms spread wide enough it become believable and it can become true if you belief it. Anything if you belief can become true.

I contacted my friend mentioning that the news she spread are not true and asked her to check and confirmed anything before forwarded the sms. I hasn't heard from her since then.

Same thing last week I received email from another friend regarding the inccident in carefour Melawati. One malay guys bashed young Malaysian Chinese wearing T-shirt with picture a pig and a dog.

I am not sure if this kind of story is true or not and and wish it can be verified by authority.

What happing to us? Just simply believe what others told us without checking? Who are we? Some low minded person just take what been given and start spreading without checking?


Please for those happy sms trigger or email forwarder, please do not simply forward anything before you are sure the truth about it about it. This is not something you can 'Baling batu dan sorok tangan?' Your email and phone number attached. You will be responsible for it and you could probably be charge!

As a Muslim something is not sure or without enough evident or enough witness can be 'fitnah' if you spread it. 'Fitnah' is unacceptable in Muslim way of life. .... and we believe we are Muslim, let practice a good Muslim value. Islam is not just praying. it more than that.

New Beggining - January 2009

Another New Year, another new beginning. I guess life haven't change much. Except for Danish now 3 years old nothing much change lately excpt meeting new friends and keep other friends closer and improving in my golf. I guess that will be my new year resolution for 2009, keep closer with others, improve my golf and writing this long over due blog.

I haven't keeping intouch for a long time. I guess my previous job make me think that others need me more than I need them which I think is true. Living abroad make you wanted and respect by others. I don't really mind actually and this is the thing I good at... giving hand to others. Mum always complain and make sure I have something in return with them. I guess that is not up to me to asked for something in return. It up to them and God to value my contribution to them. So far I haven't been in deep trouble, never out of money, never had a lot of money either but we get by. I am rich on experience, had a lot of friends some I keep some I am not and some I just remember them from time to time and wonder how are they doing now specially ex-hallian and petronas student. I know they remember me and what I have done to them as much I remember and thinking of them from time to time.

Once my wise friend Dr Zaharah told me 'Kawan adalah salah satu punca rezeki'. I guess she was right. From now on I will keep intouch with them even thou' they're not keen to reply me email of sms but that not matter. What matter is I have to start first without any hidden agenda, just try to be a friend.

The light of my life

Last Friday 9 Jan, 2009 I sent my wife Sabariah and my son Danish and sister Shamshida to Melbourne airport returning to Malaysia. This time my wife and son going back for 2 months. He.. he.. he.. I think probably she will be back sooner than she think. She been living in Melbourne for more than 7 years and loving it! I am on my own and used to it. Life is simple and make it simple. Somethimes there are thing we can do without! Make use of it.

I would probably will missed my son Danish more than I missed my wife but there's life I guess. 3 years old is a good year for Danish where baby turn to be child. I would probably will missed everytime I walk in to the house Danish will greet me and say 'Up' mean asked me to 'dukong' him. And where Danish tried to explain to me what he has done today with his own bubly word and with his serius face. Event I tried very hard to get him but I couldn't! Feel sorry for him after that. He's a fine boy Danish, he is the sunshine in my life and the reason for me to be at home. 'House is just a house until you have a child then the house will turn to 'home' where our life worth living'.

December 2008.

Israel attacked Palestine out of nothing. It shock me... and shock half the world. For no good reason poor Paletine been attacked. I guess is in Jews heart like to do something and ask later. Let us attack Palestine first... Let kill woman and children.. let attack school and hospital.. or better still let attack UN office.. like anyone care what the Israel do. Of couse the jews can do anything they want and always get away on it. Funny.. even the ARAB don't do anything.

So they control the media... let the media know there are one.. ONE Israel civilian die from Hammas small rocket. Don't worry about Israel helicopter using sophisticated modern and unknown missile killed more than 600 civilian in one attack. Don't show that no more. Let play how bad Hitler was toward Jews during WWII. This month in Diecovery channel they have a show Hitler Diary... and so forth. Just to show how Jews was treated during the war.

So how about how Muslim was treated during Bosnian war? Do anyone care?
